2. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on ZestBuy are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and other charges will be displayed where applicable before order completion.

Available payment methods may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods offered through our payment providers.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

3. Product Descriptions

ZestBuy makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability are accurate.

Minor differences may occur, including differences in color, packaging, appearance, measurements, or other characteristics.

If a material error is discovered in a product description or price, ZestBuy may correct the information and, where appropriate, cancel an affected order and issue a refund.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product.

You may receive an order confirmation after placing an order. Confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

ZestBuy reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Pricing or listing errors

• Payment problems

• Suspected fraud

• Incorrect information

• Shipping restrictions

• Duplicate or unusual orders

• Violation of these Terms

If ZestBuy cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will generally be refunded through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

ZestBuy provides free shipping on eligible orders.

Orders are generally processed within 3–4 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

After processing and handover to the delivery partner, we aim to deliver orders within 4 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, transportation problems, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

ZestBuy accepts eligible returns within 4 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible returns receive free return shipping.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our website to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZestBuy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.

Where legally permitted, liability relating to a specific purchase will generally be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.

10. Force Majeure

ZestBuy will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, telecommunications failures, or other unforeseen events.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory consumer rights, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
